The Heights District, Tampa’s first suburb, has evolved over 141 years into a vibrant 50-acre mixed-use urban destination along the Hillsborough River. With a blend of shops, restaurants, boutiques, unique workspaces, and regular events like Rides By The River, it’s a walkable district where community, culture, and adventure thrive. Parking

The Heights District Parking Garage

The Heights District parking garage is located about one block from Armature Works, in the same space as Sprouts, F45 and Escapology.

Armature Works Lots

There are 4 guest parking lots surrounding Armature Works. All Armature Works lots, excluding the 220 lot offer complimentary parking Monday through Friday until 4pm for Armature Works guests only. Parking during special events and holidays varies.

Street Parking

Metered street parking is available on W 7th Ave., W Palm Ave., Oak Ave., and N Highland Ave. Parking is enforced 7 days a week from 8am to midnight with pricing starting at $1.50 per hour. Street parking is monitored by the city of Tampa, the Heights District is not responsible for metered parking.

Pet-Friendly Features

All outdoor spaces and patios in The Heights District are pet-friendly, so no reason to leave your furry best friend behind. The Heights District is the perfect place to take your pup on a stroll down Riverwalk or out to a weekend brunch at Strandhill.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, please keep your dog always leashed. Dog waste stations are located around the property for your convenience.
