Mega on the Mat with Mantra Pilates

Lengthen, strengthen, tighten, & tone with Mantra Fitness! This class is a perfect introduction to Lagree Fitness. Lagree Fitness, also known as the Megaformer Workout, is a low-impact, high-intensity method that tightens and tones in as little as 20 minutes. Expect a total body workout that encompasses cardio, strength training, and flexibility work, all in one class and in each and every exercise!

Class details:

  • Class is held on our South Lawn, facing the Hillsborough River
  • This event is free, and open to the public
  • All skill levels welcome
  • Space is first come, first served (early arrival strongly suggested)

Equipment needed:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Class can either be taken in sneakers or barefoot. It is up to your discretion.
