March Madness – HIIT + Yoga

Join us for a 75-minute format broken into a bodyweight-based cardio workout followed by a recovery-based yoga flow and meditation. Afterward, head inside Heights Public Market for brunch from one of our vendors or full-service restaurants.

Class Details:

  • Class is held on our South Lawn, facing the Hillsborough River
  • This event is free, and open to the public
  • All skill levels welcome
  • Space is first come, first served (early arrival strongly suggested)

Equipment: Please remember to bring your yoga mat, towel, and water bottle
