Full Body Workout with Rumble Boxing Downtown Tampa

Rumble Boxing is a boxing-inspired group fitness class in sync with custom hip-hop & dance mash-ups. 45-minute classes, 10 rounds, 2 fists and 0 experience necessary!

They combine the skills and drills of boxing with the transformative power of strength training to deliver a fun and seamless experience. Their workouts are led by some of the most inspiring instructors on the planet.

Join us for a community event filled with supportive and positive humans. In our out-of-studio experience, we strive to deliver the same feeling and bring the collective energy of having a Fitness Trainer and individuals working out in a group setting.
