Barre with Barre3

Barre3 is an efficient + effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. Our class combines low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work to challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define your own success. No props required except for a workout mat and water bottle!
